Registered Clinical Counsellor, M.A. Counselling Psychology
They use a blend of approaches, drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems, Compassion Focused Therapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Polyvagal theory, and Attachment theory.
Lindsey works with adults aged 18 to 80+, supporting individuals who wish to explore specific challenges or lifelong themes, with the goal of reconnecting with inner resources, strengths, and personal wisdom.

Cynthia Routhier

Cynthia is a bilingual clinical counsellor (English & French) who works with individuals and couples, offering a warm, trauma-informed approach rooted in collaboration and emotional growth. She incorporates approaches such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Somatic/Body awareness techniques, and Internal Family Systems. Cynthia is committed to accessible care and offers a limited number of sliding scale appointments; clients are welcome to discuss this with her during a meet and greet.

Registered Clinical Counselling may be covered within extended health plans; however, we are currently only able to direct bill a small selection of insurance providers. Be sure to check your individual plan to confirm Clinical Counselling coverage.
