Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
*Anyone 18 and under can only attend during staffed hours. In compliance with standard gym insurance policies, minors are not permitted during non-staffed hours
Facilities
Our gym is equipped with fitness equipment to suit all levels of training. From cardio machines and free weights to resistance training and functional fitness areas, we have everything you need for a well-rounded workout. In addition, we offer change rooms with showers to help you if you are on the go after your workout. At Keystone Health Gym, you’ll find the tools and space to support your fitness journey.

Custom Performance Program
Led by our Physiotherapists and Kinesiologists, this Custom Performance Program provides an in-depth evaluation and tailored training plan designed to optimize movement, prevent injury, and enhance performance.
