Shota has a Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. His ability to listen with empathy and attention helps Shota build treatment plans in line with the things his patients love to do. His upbeat and enthusiastic energy eases patients and helps them conquer limitations and strive for improvement.
Before being a physiotherapist, Shota worked as a kinesiologist in physical therapy clinics and a personal trainer. His expert knowledge in building and implementing personalized routines helps patients achieve both short and long-term goals.
Shota enjoys all kinds of outdoor activity. Whether it’s skiing in the backcountry, climbing, trail running or hiking, you can catch him with a huge smile.

Didié has a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and certification in Athletic Therapy, Manual Osteopathic Therapy, and as a Neuro-Reconditioning Specialist.
In addition to serving the Revelstoke community, Didié contributes to the training and treatment of the Triathlon National Team. Previously in Didié’s professional background, he supported Olympic-level athletes at the Canadian Sport Institute.
No matter your goal, Didié works with you to achieve adventure-readiness using osteopathic skills, strategic neuroscience-based tools, and personalized coaching. His neuro-reconditioning approach, combining rehabilitation, training, and applied neurology, is tailored to help you overcome pain, movement dysfunction, or performance plateaus.
An avid rock climber, backcountry skier, and trail runner, Didié embodies Revelstoke’s mountain lifestyle. He is fluent in English and French.

Sarah has a Bachelor in Physical Education, but her passion for connecting with and helping people drew her to Massage Therapy and Osteopathic Therapy.
Sarah’s ability to produce a safe and calming environment enables her to connect and communicate effectively. She enjoys treating a variety of clientele, including chronic or sudden injuries, post-surgery, pregnancy, general relaxation and complex motor vehicle incidents. Sarah’s background includes working with high-level athletes, including the Canadian Nordic Ski team.
When Sarah isn’t treating patients, she lives a very active lifestyle in Revelstoke. She enjoys all it offers, but her first love is mountain biking.

Michèle has a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology. Michèle’s treatment techniques utilize a combination of manual therapy, IMS, acupuncture, exercise therapy and a few other tricks that she has up her sleeve.
Michèle has a special interest in orthopaedic and sports injuries and aims to get her patients back to enjoying the activities they love. She focuses on the nature of the injury and its root cause so her recovered patients can leave stronger than when they arrived.
Michèle is an avid distance runner and backcountry skiing enthusiast. When Michèle is not in the backcountry you can most likely find her at the vet with her energetic yet injury-prone dog, Revy.

Fraser Sprigings – Physiotherapist

Fraser has a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and is certified in Acupuncture.
Fraser previously worked at the Orthopedic In-Take Clinic with Dr. Mark Heard and Dr. Laurie Hiemstra, who specialize in knee and shoulder surgery in Banff, Alberta. He has consulted for The Association of Canadian Mountain Guides, Canadian Avalanche Association, Canadian Triathlon Junior National Team, Alberta Ballet and Parks Canada. Fraser’s ample experience with Physiotherapy creates a trusting and motivational environment for clients.
As an avid athlete, his adventures – between several of his own injuries – have been captured in the pages of Alpinist, Powder, Backcountry and Kootenay Mountain Culture Magazine.

Lindsey Harris – Registered Clinical Counsellor, M.A. Counselling Psychology

Lindsey has completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and Registered Clinical Counsellor from the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. They incorporate elements from Compassion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Attachment theory. They lean on Rewind Technique to treat trauma and phobias and are experienced with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems/parts work.
Drawing from the latest thinking in neuroscience and psychology, Lindsey explores how each person’s history and biology have contributed to their current lived experiences. Lindsey takes an individualized approach to counselling to find ways to enhance mental wellness and work towards desired outcomes. The goal is to help reconnect individuals with their inner resources, strengths, and wisdom.
Lindsey works with adults of all ages, from 18 to 80+, seeking to increase their well-being by working on either single topics or lifelong themes within their lives.

Jill Middlemiss – Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator

Jill has a Bachelor of Science in Food Nutrition & Health and is a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) by the Canadian Diabetes Education Certification Board.
Jill believes fiercely in the power of knowledge. She also believes that having knowledge alone is not enough to create change. Her coaching framework empowers her clients towards success. Jill helps clients identify their goals and begin to remove the barriers that stand in the way by building relationships through honest, non-judgmental conversation. She believes that healthy nourishment encompasses how we feel about ourselves, our bodies, and our choices. Eating should bring us joy and pleasure, not guilt, anxiety, or fear.
Two of Jill’s greatest passions are cultivating healthy relationships with food and diabetes education. Type 1 diabetes holds a particularly special place in her heart, and she draws from the vast knowledge and experience that she has cultivated from working alongside the wonderful pediatric diabetes team at BC Children’s Hospital.

Shannon Morton – Physiotherapist

Shannon has a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics.
She has plenty of experience working with sports and motor vehicle accident injuries, including persistent concussion symptoms. With a strong interest in vestibular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Shannon takes a client-centred approach to determine the right treatment plan to get you back to what you love doing. She strives to get you back to baseline while providing resources that help make you resilient to injury.
When she is not in the clinic, you can find her playing in the dirt on her bike and skiing in the winter.

Marina Roy – Occupational Therapist

Marina is an occupational therapist with a bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University. Occupational Therapy (OT) is a health profession aimed at helping individuals of all ages develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for activities of daily living. Marina offers diverse and client-centred healthcare with expertise in:

Ben Stout – Physiotherapist
He/Him/His
Ben has a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He was inspired to become a physiotherapist after receiving treatment for various sports injuries while growing up. He now enjoys getting people back to the activities they love and reaching their full potential.
Along with treating injuries in adults, Ben also has a passion for pediatrics and has previously spent time working with children, from babies to teens. In pediatrics, he has worked with a variety of complex chronic conditions and diagnoses and with young athletes returning to sport from injury.
When Ben isn’t in the clinic, he can be found skiing in the backcountry, mountain biking, or running on a trail.

Emma has a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, Master’s in Experimental Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She has an enthusiastic and positive approach to getting patients back to enjoying their favourite activities and living pain-free.
Emma works with prenatal and postpartum women and anyone with pelvic pain, incontinence and any issues associated with the pelvic floor. She works with clients with a broad range of sports and work-related injuries as well as brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation. Emma is also bilingual and speaks fluent French and English.
She enjoys being out in the mountains, split boarding and hiking as much as she can. When not outside, you could likely find her practising yoga or burning food.
